| Indian Pharma Guidance Academy (IPGA) is a non-profit organization established in 1990 and has been duly registered with the Charity Commissioner of city of Nagpur and is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1887.
It is a registered body having 11 members headed by Dr. Jayant Pande , MD (Neurophysician & a Regd. Medical Practitioner, who is heading the Pande Memorial Hospital in Nagpur ) . The Society is conducting various surveys & camps specially Medical & Health related camps under the supervision of Secretory Prof. Anant P. Hardas (M. Pharm. , DBM, AIC, (Phd) who is a Registered Pharmacist & is engaged Teaching Pharmacology to the MBBS , DENTAL, NURSING & Pharmacy Students ). The remaining 9 members are from different walks of medical line such as Nursing , Occupation Therapy , Physiotherapy , DMLT, Dental , Alternative Medicine, Yoga, Ayurveda, Natural Remedies etc. |

The Mission & Vision of the regd. society is as follows : |
- To encourage 12th Standard Passed student to go for various paramedical courses in the field of above mentioned sciences.
- To organize various health & dignostic medical camps in association with International Organisations like, Rotary Club, Lions Club, etc.
- To guide Paramedical Students specially pharmacy for their various courses , registration & encourage them to enter in the field of professional services .
- To help these students for placement activities & self employment promotion.
- To make the society awarness about HIV & Aids thru various slide shows & to prevent child labour activities in and around this part of Maharashtra .

- To help Paramedical schools & Institutions to choose various educational equipments , tools, charts, maps, models , books, periodicals, slides , transparancies , CD’s, and scientific periodicals for their subscription .
- To promote publication of text/reference books & Journals with encouragement to young writers .
- To organize National Pharmacy Week Annually (Every Third Week of November) to promote & Brighten the Image of Pharmacist.
- To honour the Top Notchers in the field of Pharmacy Education at three levels namely, Diploma , Degree & PG level and reward them suitably.
- To advice & set up Pharmacy Museum in pharmacy institutions & to offer educational & industrial consultancy.
- To present slide show on History of Indian Pharmacy on various occasions at different conferences, seminars , workshops, annual meetings ,social gatherings and such functions celebrated by various Pharmacy Institutions and Industries. This slide show indicates the birth of Pharmacy in India right from ancestral time to date which indicates the gradual progress of Pharmacy in India in particular.
